After decades of experience in corporate event management and team-building experiences across the UK, founder David recognised that many events focused heavily on appearance but lacked clear purpose or strategic outcomes.

His vision was to create a premium corporate event production company that combines creative design, strategic thinking and expert operational delivery. The goal: to help organisations create memorable event experiences that inspire people, strengthen teams and support business objectives.

Today, Withinnovation works with organisations across the UK to design and deliver high-impact corporate events, leadership retreats, conferences, and team-building activities that leave a lasting impression.

About David – Founder of Withinnovation

David is the founder of Withinnovation, a UK-based corporate event management and team-building specialist known for designing engaging experiences for organisations across the country.

Originally trained as a chef, David’s career took an unexpected turn when he set off on a cycle journey around the world. During that adventure — including a memorable Christmas spent in Kathmandu — he returned to the UK inspired to build a business centred on adventure, collaboration and shared experiences.

Building One of the South’s Leading Event Companies

In 1996, David founded Four Seasons Event Management in the New Forest. What started as a small cycle hire business quickly evolved into a full-service corporate event management and team-building company.

Within the first year, the business secured a major project creating a corporate treasure hunt event for Cartoon Network, marking the beginning of rapid growth.

Over the next two decades, David built Four Seasons into one of the most respected corporate event companies in the South of England, delivering more than 2,000 corporate and private events across the UK.
