Simon believes that real performance begins with self-awareness. His work centres on helping people understand how they think, behave and communicate – and how small shifts in awareness can create powerful changes in performance, confidence and collaboration.

Simon has worked internationally with organisations including, EasyJet, Etihad Airways, UEFA, Samsung, NHS and HP, supporting leaders, managers and teams to grow, connect and perform at their best. He is known for creating safe, open learning environments where people feel able to challenge themselves, have honest conversations and explore new possibilities. With a background in leadership development, behavioural insight and emotional intelligence, Simon brings a calm, grounded and human approach to learning. His ambition is simple; to help people unlock their potential and create the conditions where teams thrive.

As credentials he holds CIPD level 7 with full Chartered Membership, and is accredited in Thomas International & Insights Discovery Personality Profiling, MHFA Mental Health First Aider, Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, with further professional training in emotional intelligence, leadership development, change management, and cultural growth.
