How the Activity Works

Participants are divided into four teams, each responsible for painting a minimum of four canvases. While each canvas is worked on individually, all 18 canvases must connect seamlessly to form one complete picture when revealed.

This challenge encourages:

The Theme: Company Values, Personal Meaning

At the heart of this team‑building activity is a powerful theme: values.

Each participant chooses a key word that reflects:

One of the company’s core values
What that value means to them personally

These words are creatively integrated into the artwork, ensuring the final piece is not just visually impressive, but rich in meaning and authenticity.
This approach transforms abstract values into something tangible, personal and memorable.

The Grand Reveal

The experience culminates in a final reveal, where all 18 canvases are assembled to unveil the complete artwork.
During this moment, participants are invited to briefly explain:

Why they chose their word
What it represents to them
How it reflects the company’s culture and values

This reflective element reinforces learning, strengthens emotional connection, and creates a lasting impact well beyond the event itself.
